How We Disclose Your Personal Information

All insurance agencies need to share their customers’ personal information to run their everyday business.  As such, we only disclose non-public personal information about you, as described above, to third parties as permitted by law.   Such permitted disclosures, include, but are not limited to: 

  1.  As is necessary to effect, administer or enforce a transaction that a consumer requests or authorizes, or in connection with:
    1. Servicing or processing an insurance product or service that you request or authorize; or

How We Protect and Secure Your Personal Information

We restrict access to non-public personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.  Policies and procedures have also been put in place to guide our employees, agents and representatives acting on our behalf, in how to protect and use your non-public personal information.  We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal regulations to guard your non-public personal information as well.
